That depends. Think about it like this. Each half-blood parent could be thought as having one magic gene and one muggle gene. So their child could be a muggle, half-blood or a wizard/witch, depending on what genes they inherit.
Although, thinking about it differently - if the parents are a witch and a wizard (pure blood or half-blood) the child will be a witch/wizard (pure-blood) unless the child is a squib.

This is Adam, having a vacation in Owl City - a place where you can sit on an inflatable blue whale like a boss in the middle of sparkling sea with dolphins swimming joyfully, floating hot air balloon, mini sailing ships and a parade of paper planes around you. With a giant crescent moon shines so brightly.
I hope Adam will see and like this :)
